Don't have to shop every other day...
If you take 1day out the week and get all u need from farmers market and then a separate trip that same day at grocery store you'll be fine.
If you like to meal prep find 2 different recipes goals for each meal of the day
2different breakfast meals for the week
2different lunch meals
2different dinners ....
If you wanna throw in a switcher in during your week make it something quick n easy... i.e: oatmeal,smoothie, salad, chip n dip, or veggie n packaged hummus.
Then during the week find new recipes that intrigue you for meal prep ideas the following week.
Tip: i find for me SOUPS ARE THE BEST TO MEAL PREP because it can last for days. ..BUT I LOVE MAKING NEW/TASTING NEW SOUPS.
Find something you particular love that you can has plenty servings and freeze/refrigerator it.
