So on this flat Earth, in winter, does the Sun just move in a circle around one side of the flat Earth? Like when it's Winter here and Summer on another continent. How is that happening?

no... because we still have sun in winter.
there's just less sun in the winter than in the summer... and this is due to the seasonal paths the celestial bodies make.

I'm watching a vid of flat earth sunrise/set and can't get past their model of Earth having an icecap in the center. That's not possible on a flat earth with evenly distributed light and heat from this sun clock

what's funniest to me is that we believe we, as humans, are grounded by gravity... which is strong enough to keep the moon in "orbit" but we see birds fly against gravity just fine and sea animals are not sucked down to the depths of the ocean.
is it strong... or not?

that's an oversimplified model for visualization...
the paths do change through the year.
but the center is the arctic/north pole... and it being frozen makes sense.
the sun's path very rarely if ever focuses on the middle of the plane.
that's also why it's dark so many months out of the year.

Hypothetically, if we both had compasses, and you were at the East end of flat Earth and I the West, would we run into each other walking North?

meteorites/shooting stars/comets never fly up from the horizon. always down.
if we were on a sphere, they would. they'd be flying all around in diff directions.

Hypothetically, if we both had compasses, and you were at the East end of flat Earth and I the West, would we run into each other walking North?

yes.
and if you got there before me and kept walking your compass would show that you were walking away from polaris (north pole) and that you need to turn around.
