Coffee is a necessity every weekday morning.  I thought it was all in my head until the day I said, "I'm not gonna have it today! Strong on my own!"

but its how i grew up. no one in jamaica really drinks coffee. plus, anything that is addictive i stay away from. probably only had a couple cups of coffee in over 10 years. a cup of coffee shouldnt b necessary in my life to start my day. i cant with dat shit. and i only drink herbal tea occasionally or like some peppermint tea. nothing addictive.

I felt so weak. You really have to kick that drink for over a week to really be rid of the addiction and be able to go without. That first day is hell on earth

I love tea. I go to Jojo's tea here in Miami with Friends sometimes.

I rarely drink coffee tbh.  I do like a Starbucks mess here and there.
