cardi clearly feels a need to prove herself to people. its evident in a lot of things she says and does Sle. and there's nothing wrong with that...its natural especially when u come from nothing. they're from the hood.

Cardi is thanking fans for making her CURRENT releases successful. She isn?t rubbing OLD stats in anybody?s faces. If you can?t see a difference between the two ...well then take it up with your schooling system.

I agree. And u can just tell Cardi is genuinely appreciative of all the love and support. Why would she not say sumn about her current songs rising to the top of the charts and thank fans? To not say sumn would be weird.  It's completely different when Nicki does it because she's reaching back in a time machine for one. And when she does it, it seems to be an attempt to invalidate or take attention from someone else.  Not the same at all
