Yes and I am not the best cook..but apparently a lot of rice in supermarkets in West Europe are already washed I just read. I am talking about the boxes not the big bags you get at Asian supermarkets. But wouldn?t hurt to wash again I guess. Sometimes I wash afterwards oh and I do wash sushirice. I need some education lol
