Maybe a lil Botox but that's about it.

She looks the same as she always has. Just different stylings/makeup

She and toni braxton where on the Wendy Williams radio show years ago and they both admitted to nose jobs.  Her ugly self definitely had surgery

Yes because Tamar's nose BROKE and she had a deviated sectum.

It's pretty much the same size as it's always been.
