Love & War had good songs. Overall it was kinda cheap

I mean, the title track on Discipline is legendary.

I tried to listen to her new album but I had to stop like 3 songs in :overit:

L&W only has 4 good songs. :overit: and Raise the Bar >>>

AIDS!

Unbreakable shits on DP, even though it still sounds current.
I appreciate it more because it's autobiographical and sincere
She took the social awareness factor from RN and the Autobiographical lyrics from Velvet Rope, and referenced some of her best work on it
She did 3 'fun' albums back to back, Damita, 20 Y.O & DP
It's time for something more deep and adult IMO
You can tell she wasn't trying to do anything with this album
It's all effortless and it's quite timeless save 1/2  songs.

I mean she's 50 next year, if she came back with DJ Mustard and Bangladesh people would have read her the same way they read Madonna for trying to be current and young :dead:
