I absolutely stand with Mo?Nique. As should all of you knowing how you have to daily negotiate in your work spaces because of race, gender, identity, etc. Mo?Nique is simply negotiating off of her own self-perceived value and not based off of what white and male imaginations perceive her work to be. Don?t be shallow.

she isn't simply doing anything    you dont simply call a company racist and sexist without

again, the offer may have been low and she may have felt disrespected, but they were

When you sign on to a movie it?s expected that you promote it. It?s a bit of self investment. Hence Monique never getting another big role. Who wants to work with a bitch that?s too lazy and too damn demanding.

hmmm nah, this isn't true. im on her side with damn near EVERYTHING she's actually upset about. You're typically obligated to promote these films domestically but not internationally. After only giving her 50,000 dollars, they wanted to her to fly off to France and promote/campaign for hours on end and with no compensation. I think the fuck not

I think Monique's programming is out dated and she refused to get reprogrammed. God for her!
