This is why I say - it's a White country. White dominated, white owned and operated. So what the HELL do you expect in an industry where there aren't even laws to protect equal employment opportunities?
All the more reason to support our own mess. Our own award shows, our own events, our own sitcoms and shows. I see many of us tearing down Tyler Perry all the time but at the end of the day he's employing Black entertainers that otherwise may not have had an opportunity.
