I consider them white tbh cause if black people with 1/4th white heritage are considered black then the same should apply to the opposite scenario.  Here are some examples of 1/4th black celebs and celeb kids, would you really be cool if one of them called you nigga?

i was just as shocked when I heard Mimi had black blood in her.
i saw her as a cute womuh for the longest time. 

but then again, she did straighten her dark curly hair, make it blond, etc.
sometimes I think she purposely gave more of a white tea.

People often confuse race with ethnicity.

Ethnicity is what you are on paper. Race is what you are in the mirror.

Sometimes the combination of your ethnicity can appear here and there in your features. But at the end of the day, more times than not, a bottom line of black or white can be drawn.
