An Afro-Latino: A phenotypically black person who grew up in a Romance-language-speaking American country (Spanish, Portuguese; sometimes but rarely also French). So anything from Brazil to Peru (sometimes also black people from French Guyana, Haiti, and Quebec are counted). See Amara La Negra, Laz Alonzo, Ronaldinho or Celia Cruz.
Afro-Hispanic: There are Hispanic blacks who come from the Spanish-speaking world that includes most of South America, parts of North America and the Caribbean, as well as Spain and the African country Equatorial Guinea. See Buika, also Amara La Negra, Laz Alonso NOT Ronaldinho.
Then there are Angolans, Cape Verdians or Afro-Portuguese and other people who are from Lusophone countries outside of the Americas. Some might also consider them Afro-Latino, since they speak Portuguese and are African by phenotype. But then you could also include French speaking North Africans and Subsaharan Africans.
