So he was rejected when he applied for art school, poor guy. And his love for architecture clearly shows in his paintings..but he is responsible for so many destroyed buildings, robbed/destroyed art..a lot of people paint and I don?t think we need to praise him just because he is a popular person in history. Never forget he actually used his artistic vision to create propaganda.

Queen was high and really wanted to drive home the point that she's very empathetic and sees the good in everything. Hitler was probably the first EXTREME that came to mind to make her point. Kinda like when someone says they can sell water to a well. Something that's always wet shouldn't be able to be sold on more water. And someone universally seen as despicable shouldn't deserve empathy. But Erykah, in her mind, is THAT much of an empath, she gives it.

She says a lot of interesting, thought-provoking things that can be very alluring to some. It's probably in part because she's an eclectic person of some sort. I can also see why people would be frustrated with her because she sometimes doesn't give what most consider a "straight" answer, it shows her affinity for psychology.

She's a mixed bag of titles, a spiritual, empathetic humanist. Trying to digest what that even means can be challenging, but she's all about how she defines herself and her individual ideals. I see why she's still relevant and how people connect to her.
