Well I mean since they're celebs in the public eye it's different.

if Eva was just being spiteful because he didn't want her that would be different and that happens but there evidence is always hidden so it's always a he said/she sad and who ever can convince you better wins.

But he records himself looking like a lunatic and he says wild shit on social media and if he's willing to lash Chris bby girl who's barely 5 and disown his own daughter publicly, all the while looking like a lunatic that's enough for me to be team Eva. I mean being Petty > being insane

The only problem I see with this is that it might trigger Kevin to physically attack Eva and her family.  She's in the right tho 100%.
