My grandmother's ancestry is actually unusual.

Of course she's African, but has more Asian ancestry than European ancestry.
Usually an AA has mostly African and some European due to the slave trade.

And you actually see it in her paternal family line.

I've seen some of them that look and could pass as "Dominican", others that look "Asian" and some that actually look "Indian".
But they're all of mostly African and some Asian ancestry.

With European thrown in somewhere.
