It's her house, but their show.

The "It's her house" angle would apply if Khia were LIVING there and Maddie decided to bring over random men at all times of night. What could she really say? She's a guest, and if anything could be imposing on Maddie to begin with.

But it doesn't apply when her house is simply being used as a SET for THEIR show.
