Americans are dumb as hell. Calling these young kids snowflakes, when in fact they're the real sissies cause they're afraid of gun laws preventing them to shoot some motherfucking rats in their fucking garden. 'Protecting your family' my ass. There's no other country as cowardly dumb, and they're not even aware of it.
In Holland we had one big tragedy at a mall with a guy with mental problems (six dead, 17 wounded). He was a member of an association, but they shouldve checked his background. The other big more recent event (2009) was an attack with a car, no guns, on the royal family during a celebration (he drove into a crowd). But all other events with guns are really really old.
I am happy that even when I see the gun of a police officer I feel uncomfortable. I know when someone walks into a room with even a small gun it is time to get out of there.
Of course we are not completely safe either, over the years in Europe we had terrorists with bombs and vehicles that crashed into people.. but most of us see those events as the risk of life (especially in bigger cities). I don?t know anyone who feels the need to carry a gun to be safe, it is not legal either, most of those who have a gun are either in drugs or other criminal activities.
