If some of you really think that , there's no point in me wasting time debating. Because you see her on Chris Rock and Dave Chapelle's level, so it makes sense that you'd be confused as to why she isn't paid more.

I would recommend doing some research on Dave and Chris's careers and compare it to Mo'nique's.

I enjoyed Soul Plane just as much as the next person but I can't say she's on that level with them.

As far as the 500K offer, considering all the stipulations, it was worth her negotiating. Not saying it was 100% fair.

But Mo'nique said herself that the fact that she's been blackballed could have had something to do with the offer as well. It could have been Netflix knowing that she doesn't have many other options right now because of HER history of interpersonal challenges with others in the industry.

How do u warrant her getting more than 500k? She's not getting that NOW so how should Netflix be offering her more when they are already offering her more than she's getting?  Do y'all know anything about business?  Why tf would they shell out money when they don't have too?
