Jhene Aiko's The Worst was a hit and she blew up around that time and she hasn't had another hit like it. Same for Tamar with Love and War and even K Michelle's VSOP is her peak performance really. So its not just Tinashe. Its all the new R&B girls. They get a hit and then fall off. I hope SZA will keep the momentum up.

She's not  doing any more terrible than the next  girl, but she does get more opportunities than the average black female artist.

Her singles could definitely be a lot better, but generally Tinashe makes good music.
