Why not just add more security?

I feel like they probably want to provide them with guns because it's way cheaper than paying a security guard to be at every school.

However, I was reading something about how there's many veterans who wouldn't mind volunteering to be a security guard. I feel like that's a much better alternative than providing every teacher with guns.

It can earned over 1 billion dollars to arm teachers with guns.
It's all about money.
This country is a mess...

Not that I think a classroom is the place for ANY weapon but if you feel that compelled why not use a stun gun mess?

And you can't just hand someone a gun, if this gets passed then the government will have to invest in training - another expense for tax payers. I just can't fathom how a room full of educated men and women thought this was the way to go.
