Am a Bey and still don?t see Bey as a technical dancer

She is a performer

A lot of girls can dance better than Bey

But that?s not what entertains people if it was girls would be satisfied just watching backup dancers

When she?s done performing she makes YOU feel out of breath

Not all girls can do that

I agree with this.  Like you said bey isn't a technical dancer but she can Learn a routine easy. 

If you give her any Jan's routine she could slay it just as good if not better than her
