I really think she just star struck and admires Streep and wanted to bow as a sign of respect, she was just playing around :dead:
We see it all the time when celebs see someone they look up to and start bowing with their hands and shit :dead:
You guys read way too much into things, and East African don't normally BOW as a sign of respect they shake hands like everyone else :uhh:

Don't speak on our behalf, hun.

And I already posted receipts so your statement is void.
You're not East African.

Not too much on a fellow African king  :udontlookok:

I'm really crying.

QuoteViewers also loved when Haddish hopped over a barrier on the red carpet to meet Meryl Streep. The Hollywood Reporter's Mia Galuppo captured the priceless moment.

Keep being yourself goddess.
:plzstop:

She was HERSELF the whole night. She wasn?t kissing anyone?s ass or changing who she is because she?s at a prestigious event. She?s wins more and more with each appearance.

I just think we've been so programmed to recognize what "class" and "properness" is, that when we see someone stepping outside of that, it's embarrassing.

I kinda saw the same thing being done to people who chose to wear their African attire to Black Panther (not anyone here but the critics on social media, etc.). And I was prepared to slice and fucking dice for them too. Just do you.

If you're in an office somewhere of course it's best that you play by the unwritten rules. Be "classy". Be "proper". Keep your job. But otherwise as long as you're not hurting anyone else, it's OK to be yourself.

I'm here for this goddess all fucking day.

I personally don't find this loudmouth hoodrat to be that funny, but some of you need to get over that "oh no what will the white people think!" mindset. Stop giving them so much power over how you view yourselves.

Tiff is loving her best life and everybody loves her.

At least she had sentimental value behind her outfit.
