Can't be the easiest thing to do in a social media era, especially an era where being "unbothered" is the way to go, etc.

There could be people who are going through the same thing and don't even know they are. Only difference in many cases is that some people are able to acknowledge the symptoms for what they are. Instead of taking them lightly or writing them off as normal.
!!!! I definitely recommend watching the full mess if any of you have time. We don?t discuss these things in our community (gay, black or any of it) but it needs to be addressed.

Mental illness isn't funny at all. Like be serious on this board for once. Geez. This is the exact reason why mental illness is stigmatized because of the remarks on here. Especially in the African American community. Take things serious for once.
