I usually just use the guest rooms as closets

I do this too tho.  I don't like one bedroom anything. The last time I did this I was in college. I like space and being able to spread things out
This is my pass to say WHATEVER tf I wanna say about the mess she releases so I don't wanna hear SHIT! Baby mama is a mess of a song btw

GRAND

I live in new york city.
And you'd be likely to afford a STUDIO... let alone 3 bedrooms.  Kii.

I live in a Loft.  Spacious.
It has an alcove, so I built a wall with windows.  It's cute.

Do you live in the ghetto or in the south?

Surely you ain?t in no big metropolitan city with 3 bedrooms.

Kii.
I was just posting this, minus the ghetto factor.
:ohwow:

It is really annoying, Vonc.
I'm not even going to lie about that.

And even the "undesirable" neighborhoods are going for $1200-$1600 if you don't have subsidized rent or stabilization.  Kii.

And I would never live in the heart of a city like NY or Chicago. Firstly, it's annoying. Wouldnt wanna deal with parking, tourists, the all day business, etc. I live 15/20 mins from downtown and your money goes alot further.  U can't live in Manhattan and then be complaining about space or how much it cost. That's kinda your fault tbh

Same here.
I don't live in Manhattan (the city).
I never will. Pointless.

But I live near trains. Transit hubs, for work.  I travel a lot through the tri-state.
And you pay for that.

So you either pay $1500+ (if your lucky) to live farther away... or more to live closer.

I need a work-life balance, don't want to spend all my time travelling during the week. You know what I mean?

You could be anywhere in NYC... the moment you live "NEAR" (and I'm really saying this in quotations for real) a train, it's a wrap for your rent.
