Serious question: Would you seek therapy if you felt it was needed?

I have and it was honestly great and I'm happy I did it.

It's really just talking to someone who knows how to handle these situations about your feelings. It gets a bad rap because people think of mental institutions and holding you down to force medication down your throat, but it's not.

I start tomorrow and I'm kinda second guessing myself
Yes! Go, it will be one of the best investments you ever made for yourself, within yourself. I did it because my burdens felt so heavy always angry and mad and by talking about with some in confident and them having a different perspective and helping me pull everything tthat I was bottling up and bring to the surface so I can release it! And one of the best things I could've ever did, I love through life so much freedom, and light as possible and I love it. Of course I'm not perfect, but where I use to be I have came along way to go. Therapy helped a lot with that.
this is dope real talk

Society has done a number on blacks
So it?s great to see ppl do the right thing rather than allowing the weight of the world to beat them down

Wow this is sexual harassment.

I'm calling CNN, MTV, BET, CSpin, ABC, Spiketv, and the CW network to report you. I'll see you on the View and The Real. You won't get away with this.

When I first made the decision to go, I was really ready to unleash this load off of me. But now it's the night before and I'm CRINGING.  :dead:

I'm so detached, that it's crazy.

Yeah.

If you say you're in therapy, you're "crazy".

Yeah, I've really really realized that now. Some stuff I used to think was normal, I don't anymore. Like the way Black parents try to beat their children into submission for having personality.

I realized this when I read some comments about Blue Ivy and saw so many damn people basically begging for the chance to beat her because she was smiling and bouncing and talking to Bey.  :uhh: :uhh: :uhh:
