why must all the robbers, ghetto assistants and mess be dark skinned?

I didn't buy into the whole colorist mess people were accusing him of before but the more I watch I have to admit I see it here and there 

especially with that running joke of Precious having a blond wig popped on her head

I'm noticing he seems to have a problem with Black love, every character on the show is in an interracial mess. Jamal with Dora, Andre with Becky, Hakeem with the interchangeable Latinas, and from the looks of it Cookie is about to start hunching Ricky Ricardo.
