TMZ is reporting that many stars weren't in the celebratory mood this week. As Ciara eagerly sent out invitations to her grand 30th birthday bash, many came back declined. Many stars, like Katy Perry and Adele wrote a polite decline letter explaining how they were too busy selling alberms and performing to come. Lady Gaga, asked "who?", autographed the invite, thinking it was a fan. Rihanna reportedly more bluntly, laughed at the invite, wrote a crisp clean "NO" on the rsvp and sent it back. Ciara, reportedly, was left swimming in flop tears.
