The 26-year-old Harlem native was on her best behavior as Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Angela Badamo dismissed her misdemeanor assault conviction.

Badamo allowed Banks to plead guilty to disorderly conduct for chomping on the breast of a female security guard in December 2015.

?It looks like she satisfied the requirements for the misdemeanor charge to be withdrawn,? Badamo said.

I feel like .... when you get to the point where you take a bite outta someone that is lowdown and NASTY!

n I feel like even KHIA wouldn't do that
