That?s...part of my issue with it now that you mention it...I feel like the criminal justice system often uses them as you put ?to make an example of? because people feel like we?re more violent and predatorial in nature, so they have to make it a point to others as a warning, and of course him being black won?t do him any favors, especially with that jury.

i typically feel this way and see where you?re coming from of course, but some of the women he RAPED were also black and it would be wrong if they weren?t, obviously but he gets ZERO empathy from me here.
