She was "big" for a while there but so were people like Stacie Orrico Mariah is the biggest selling foreign artist in Japan. 15M sales.Others are Whitney (7.6M), Avril (7M), Beatles (6M), Gaga (5.4M), Britney, Backstreet Boys and Linkin Park (5M). No signs of Jans.
