That's not the point.  Meek's team was trying to get him out of jail, and a lot of it was over shit they were accusing the judge of doing.  The judge allegedly asked him to rap about her in a song and had connections to some dude in the music industry that she wanted Meek to help put on in exchange for his freedom.  The FBI was even investigating it.

His point was just don't speak on it at all instead of using your celebrity and influence to insinuate the judge is credible.  "Meek knows what she told us!"
