Quote from: Barbie Dangerous on June 13, 2025, 08:24:53 AMThe $40K is for up to 15 months as she has to continue to pay the mortgage in the meantime. She also has to decide by 2027 if she's going to pay him his 50% stake or if she's going to refinance a mortgage for the home on her own. The house is worth $7M..
This is simply not true and not supported by the reports.  :dead:

1. Based on the alimony, Simon must pay $40,000 per month to Porsha for 14–15 months if they divorced.

2. Simon agreed to cover all legal expenses related to the divorce, including Porsha's attorney fees, per the alimony.

3. The assets stay separate - any assets Simon owned before the marriage (like his companies) remain his.

But any GIFTS or assets given to Porsha (like the Rolls-Royce) remain hers.

4. Housing Protection - though the nigger technically owned the home, the prenup gives Porsha 50% ownership and temporary residence rights, allowing her to stay until 2027 with him covering ALL costs — a term the judge has enforced.

And wtf she does with the mess after 2027, who gives a fuck? Sell the shit.

Damns....

Are they gonna go to Africa to get the money?
They don't have to. They can do an asset seizure and drain his damn accounts. Or Porsha can file a breach of contract and force the selling of the house.

Either way, she's getting PAID.

1. Based on the alimony, Simon must pay $40,000 per month to Porsha for 14–15 months if they divorced. Which is what I said. You thought it was for life, it's not.

2. Simon agreed to cover all legal expenses related to the divorce, including Porsha's attorney fees, per the alimony. Very kind of him.

3. The assets stay separate - any assets Simon owned before the marriage (like his companies) remain his.

But any GIFTS or assets given to Porsha (like the Rolls-Royce) remain hers. Car isn't paid off.

4. Housing Protection - though the nigger technically owned the home, the prenup gives Porsha 50% ownership and temporary residence rights, allowing her to stay until 2027 with him covering ALL costs — a term the judge has enforced. Also what I said.

And wtf she does with the mess after 2027, who gives a fuck? Sell the shit. Once again, she has to make the decision if she wants to stay and refinance or sell. Either way, Simon has to get his 50% share, she doesn't get the house. And since there IS a mortgage, something tells me it's not close to being paid off.

You don't know what I thought, where did I say that? All we know is that you're reaching to downplay this win. Sbdbdbdbdbdbdbdbd

Regardless, that's not what you said. :dead: You implied that the $40k is for her to continue paying the mortgage on her own in the meantime. He's responsible to cover "all" costs for the home AND pay up $40k a month in alimony. Thats not the same.

Stunna Gor’

And where did I say he doesn't get 50%? Again, you're reaching to downplay the win. Regardless if she "only gets" 50% of the sale, that's still potential millions into her pocket that she didn't even invest in....  :dead: It's a win.

And until you show me receipts that the house ain't nearly paid off, I'm not going with that.

And I didn't imply that she has to pay the mortgage. She MUST pay the mortgage if she chooses to keep/live in the home. Lols
