The court doesn't suspend his financial obligations just because he's deported; he's still responsible for everything. If he doesn't pay, Porsha can file breach of contract, petition the court to award her additional assets (like his share of the home) and THEN she can could sell the mess herself keep the entire remaining profit.

The most that could potentially happen (to Porsha) is that she would just have to leave the home due to foreclosure.
