I wish they would stop lying and pretending they were bigger than they really were.

Out of all the 90s girlgroups they were at the bottom of the list. Even below brownstone.

Can?t think of the 90s without thinking of 702. Really?  :kii:

702 don?t belong sorry

I wouldn't mention them first, but they are def on the list, Changing faces, Total, Xscape, Brownstone, Blaque too.

Monkenstef even... "He's Mine" alone books me.
:stressed:

Blaque came out at the very end of 99  :kii:

Yeah, Blaque came at the tailend of the 90's but did manage to score two crossover pop hits.

You know damn well they were above Brownstone. They sold more albums and had bigger hits than Brownstone ever did.

; @ Xscape being higher than DC

They were essentially an ATL version of SWV

Xscape is probably higher than DC because DC started later in the decade.

Where My Girls At was a huge crossover hit and one of the biggest songs of 1999.  That alone puts them above those other groups, in my opinion.

It?s funny to me that, in 1999, they were peers with Destiny?s Child.  Where My Girls At and Bills we?re out at the same time.  But 702 didn?t follow up with strong singles, and DC did.

That song struggled for months before it had its mild peak  :plzstop:

While dc and tlc were just perched at number 1
And total also had no problem snatching hits.

It was released in April and peaked at #4 in June.  :diddraispoot:

Quote"Where My Girls At?" peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 on June 19, 1999.[5] It peaked at No. 3 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts, and at No. 1 on the Rhythmic Top 40 chart. The single remained in the Top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for more than 30 weeks.

Year-end charts
Chart (1999)
U.S. Billboard Hot 100:  #11

But mild hit!

They obviously weren?t in TLC?s league, but no girl group was in the nineties.  DC was on 702?s level until TWOTW.  Their first album didn?t go platinum until 2000, after TWOTW blew up, and they had failed singles after No No No as well.

BAPHOMET.

Im sorry but 702 has about 4 good songs tbh

🦚

Dc was never on 702 level.

No no no was an international smash and outpeaked every 702 single to date

N bills went straight to the top

These alternative facts y?all keep  :kii:

Flop02 has never even had a number 1 on the RnB charts  :kii:
