Never played Vice City so an updated version sounds kinda EPIC.

I think Rockstar are focusing on Red Dead 2 right now which is why GTA isn't priority yet. As soon as the release of that is out of the way, it'll be time to truly MESS.

and how did I miss this thread  best news EVER if true. Part of me is so excited and another part of me is like....will it still feel like Vice City without the 80s vibe?  maybe they'll thrown in an 80s station on the radio or something 

I can't lie....going back to Vice City with it being set in the 80s again would have been everything but I'm happy with this too.

I know visually it's going to be epic.

But I think they can pull it off. They'll probably just make the city EPIC and throw in a few Easter eggs to reference the original
