The general public is just not interested anymore.

That's what she gets for calling herself the "Queen" of anything when she's pretty much been alone in mainstream female rap. There's never been a slew of gurs around her at the same time for her to even compete with. And even then she still couldn't snatch a #1 single or a multi platinum album seller (those shitty streams don't count). She did a good job cranking out a couple of solo hits for herself but what's really kept her afloat for so long are the features, industry clout and associates.

And clearly people don't take her that seriously as a rapper since her biggest seller is "Starships", some pop bullshit.

She already revamped her image and stopped wearing the rainbow wigs and crazy costumes so I don't really know what she can do next. Her peers can only come to her rescue for so long but the features are absolutely out of control. Not only are the songs mediocre but they aren't doing anything for her career/brand. She's just hopping needlessly on songs and it looks desperate.

If you're lost then fall back and take some time to get your shit together. She really thought she could ride Cardi's wave and use it to pump up Chun Lil & that other song but they're both done already. Her album probably isn't even done.
