and shes got a fucking problem with everyone and everybody
she is cool with the Rgm so she thinks shes a untouchable
shes a loud mouth ghetto bitch rude to customers and rude to coworkers as well
and she tried me on my shift for the second time and i wrote ha up
(first time) i announced a store was out of product and she started yelling tam bout well are you gonna put em out of of it or are you gonna do like mike and have us keep telling the customers they are out of it cause thats bullshit..blahblah
I was in the middle of putting another store out of product so i made the announcement in case anyone was placing orders for that store
second time
im in the middle of 8 o clock stats so i cant take orders
and im also doing store stats which requires me to call stores so my phone will be busy for about 10 minutes
she asks can she go smoke
i said not right now cause im doing store stats and i need all the lines ready
she hops up and says oh no calls are in the que im goin
So i wrote her up
asked her to sign it for insubordination and she refused
which should be termable in an of itself
but the rgm was like well dont you think we should just give her a warning and a proper coaching and the answer to that is know cause she knows better she was being a smart ass bitch and she thinks cause yall cool she can do what she wants
so i faxed in the write ups to the main office anyway so at minimum it can be just added to her file and another set of eyes will see it
but when she came back in her attitude was a bit better
she should have been suspended
but she took off work to go to the kevin hart show
and she was talkin smack in the car to her bf and ooop totaled ya damn vehicle
and im sorry im glad about it
she needed a curveball and god dont like ugly
