They did a study at my local clinic in London and non of the men there on prep have contracted HIV after one year of use of the drug even though most were in high risk groups who do group sex and Chem sex. Those are great statistics. Also HIV diagnosis at the clinic was down 60% overall because of the increased use of Prep. These are encouraging results.

After all it is a good HIV prevention treatment, which seems to be the main goal. However other STI's are not safe.
