I agree, but I think there's more to it.

A lot of shady shit goes on behind the scenes. I honestly doubt the powers that be (White people) would allow a Black network to flourish if they aren't able to control & profit from it. So for the Black owners sometimes it's easier to just sell and ride off into the sunset with your coin, instead of dealing with the headaches & politics of it all.

Unfortunately as Black people in the US we don't hold much power to stop this stuff.
