Back in high school, I was a huge Ci fan. So yeah,but I need this question to be answered. Before they went with "Oh" and "And I", weren't these two records supposed to be singles? I remember folks saying they were but I'm not sure.

No, Hotline was up next but Next to You was a sting contender also.
