The only reason he was such a big part of the second season was to show the male perspective of a break up. I like Jay Ellis so I wouldn't mind him being perched but narratively it doesn't make sense for Lawrence to be around the group anymore. Issa has a new Bae, Molly and Kelly are team Issa, Amanda Seales character is pregnant and her bfnever seemed that close with Lawrence anyway.

!!!! I like her reasoning for it. Sometimes the ex disappears for a while and they wanna make this show as realistic as possible, not a carbon copy of sitcoms and other shows we?ve seen. I use.
