I know niggas can be reckless, but I feel like that CDC article has some biases and can be used to help non-black men discriminate against black men by saying they don?t want to date them because they have the highest HIV rates. They said it in a roundabout way. Have you ever noticed that minorities are given the bad statistics but when you look into it, it?s really white people that are the biggest contributors to those statistics? They get to create the narrative so they can make minorities look bad. Every time they conduct a study, black and brown people are conveniently highest or the lowest when it?s something negative.
