Also meditating is kinda hard for me so I've been starting with 3 minutes of mindfulness every day. It helps but I want to get to a place where I can really meditate and it doesnt scare me. Some other shit happened but I probably will have to pm you about that if you're interested.

I think I want to be scared. I need something to SHOCK me. Show me something, prove it to me. Yes I?m interested to know what happened that scared you. And no I haven?t really done any proper research yet just seeing if you guys had a similar interest in it. Something has sparked a light thirst for a supernatural, spiritual influence on me but I don?t want to go the ?traditional? route (Bible) I never felt connected to that anyway.

To me, ancestors means family. I?m sure there are exact names and deities you can attempt to connect with, too. Just like people don?t mind calling out to JESUS because the idea of him is directly tied to a name and a story.

I feel like you might be protected by ?guardian angels? which are mostly discussed as being family members, or ancestors.
