My cousin is a Scorpio and he held a grudge against me for years and I didn't know it and it was because we had a disagreement and I didn't choose "sides" 

And he was even more pissed because I didn't care that he was mad about it.

Yeah. Scorps will  be fuckin PISSED and you wouldnt even know it until circumstances reveal why or they say it if yall so happen to speak.

My Scorpio cousin hates to confront me about anything because I'm always giving the  look when he starts talking about what's bothering him and I shut down in confrontation altogether and that BOTHERS him. 

And as for the grudge I mentioned, he was pissed because I didn't care about how he felt, but I didn't do anything wrong so I didn't give a fuck and I wasn't gonna apologize.

But I think "holding a grudge" implies that there's feelings of some sort still there.

Sometimes people are just done associating themselves with others. Not always a "bitch I hate you watch your back" or "everytime I see you Imma beat yo ass and throw shade at you on sight" thing. To me that's a grudge.

But it sometimes can simply be a situation where you literally have nothing to say someone - be it positive or negative. They're just...there.
