Alot of the gurs whining are racist trolls but alot of them are diehard fans who grew up watching the show and reading the comics, so they obviously know Starfire to look a certain way.

When I saw the trailer for the show I was pissed because she looks a fool. White or black she doesn't look remotely similar to Starfire. Curly red hair, purple eyes, purples lips? And why are her powers more like Dark Phoenix. They totally missed the mark.

Throw the whole show away. Can't get past Robin saying "fuck batman", him and Starfirte looking like they're in their early 30s and Raven looking like a 14 year old emo stud with bad purple highlights.
