So strange, I?ve been to Chicago twice but I never saw the ghetto. I know they exist but how large can they be? When they do these statistics, do they include neighboring towns?

Obviously with all of these large cities comes crime and filth to a certain extent. I had no idea Chicago could be so great based on what I heard prior to visiting..
