So outside of "The Emancipation of Mimi"  and "E=MC2", I never listened to a full album of Mariah's.

Any suggestions on which one's to start with cause I always hear that her albums are better than Whitney's (which I can believe), so I wanna get into it.

Music Box, Daydream and Butterfly are her music trinity. Start with those. Then dive into her debut, Emotions and Rainbow.

Butterfly is her best lyrically.

Daydream is a cute precursor to that album with a more mainstream sound. Emotions for when you wanna hear someone just sing their face off.

Definitely start with Butterfly, it's her best album.

And listen to Daydream too.

For a more modern slay I'd recommend Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel as well.
