Show me a press release of GW or SOTS being SINGLES
Show me an announcement from her label
Show me an adds date for radio
Show me a televised performance of either
Show me an iTunes banner

:plzstop: :plzstop: :plzstop:

Boy
Just know that if ANY of those songs were successful it would've have been her '1st single' :plzstop:
how would they be "successful" if no one could buy them?

If someone can show me where "Grown Woman" and "Standing on The Sun" were sent to Itunes that'd be grand.
this would solve this lil guessing game.

Good.

Can you explain how Bow Down, Grown Wom' and the vidyas eventually made it on the alberm tea?

wouldn't that suggest that most of the content on self-titled was recorded a year in advance as well... just... waiting to be released

CHOKE

But lets get into sis RE-DOING an entire album because nothing is sticking.

At least Beyonce puts her mess out even when her singles flop.

ffffff

Bey put out visuals for Grown Woman and Standing as well :dead:
once she realized they werent sticking she fell back :dead:
she put out visuals that were not available for purchase
so what statistics are you using to say they didn't "stick"?
there was barely any buzz hun.

she put those songs out to see what ppl wanted from her or if they wanted her at all for that matter
Thats a lie
Bow Down sparked all kinds of debates all over the media about if it was insulting to women

but if we go on your logic, why were ppl so eager to buy the album?

Ppl say Bey HAD to use the "tactic" as if it's just GUARANTEED for success
ppl could have easily listened to the iTunes previews and ignored the hell out of Bey
but they didn't because it is a great album, Bey has a loyal fanbase
and the general public buys her albums every time to fit in

It's not guaranteed, but her team knew what they were doing.

'Bore' had just underperformed and they were not about to risk a legitimate flop. So they pulled this surprise mess, which was actually pretty safe.

If she did indeed flop they would have an excuse, but if it paid off then there would be praise & hoopla for days.

Just my opinionata.
how is it "safe" when it could have gone either way
as you just stated. It doesn't make any logical sense
if you're scared why do something that's not guaranteed to be successful?
Y'all say surprise like she made a huge ANNOUNCEMENT when it happened
and got ppls attention
when era she just put it on iTunes and ppl had to login for themselves
the most I can say is she bought all the banners

It's safe that in that it would have been a win/win either way. If she flopped there would have been a legitimate excuse, and if it paid off the praise would be in abundance. It makes perfect sense.

Not sure why you're unable to make sense of that, but dew.
it doesn't make sense because a flop is not a "win"
you're bullshitting, and you know
that no matter what "excuse" no one would let Bey live down a flop album

You're the one bullshitting luv. What I said makes sense. You just refuse to acknowledge it because you're blinded by your stanning as you Hive gorls tend to be.

With one of them being a hit?
