I tried having this conversation earlier when people acted like Nicki was the most evil and homophobic person in the world for not speaking up after Pulse, but was met with "homophobia? On BSource? LIAR! RECEIPTS?"
I didn't bother looking for receipts because I knew one would pop eventually. And here we are. 
Less than 24 hours later with some comments which are less than gay-friendly.
I really don't mind but I just don't like when people make others out to be homophobic or transphobic for silly stuff.
Only way I'd label someone a homophobic is if they actually make homophobic remarks, or act in a homophobic manner. Not for things they DIDN'T say or do.
