And this movie is a modern day adaptation of Aristophanes's Greek Comedy 'Lysistrata'.

There's supposed to be a balance of tragedy & comedy in this. They are interconnected genres. The women are going on a sex strike to end war. It's funny because this makes the men want to get their shit together.

That's kind of my issue with it. I know this is Spike's "thing" but people are dropping like flies in certain areas, nothing is comedic about it.
