I think the issue for me and most others was that this film was BEYOND overhyped and failed to live up to the expectations. The concept was brilliant, but the delivery was atrocious and didn?t genuinely capture the essence of what made the idea so mind boggling and the fuck TERRIFYING.

Once you?re done fuming and just watch the mess for what it is, you kinda appreciate the film more. It?s honestly not bad.

:damselindistress:

The concept is almost basic

A sex ghost chases a girl

The delivery was fucking amazing

The 80s vibe. The alternative filming style, the scor

Every horror film doesn't have to make you SHAKE and tremble

I'm gonna slap you faggot

Thats the issue for me. The movie was simple af. I meant it like there was so much more they could?ve actually done with the concept. I wanted them to play more into the spirit taking on different personas of the main characters and the viewers having to figure out if it?s the spirit or the actual person n mess. It wasn?t as mind boggling as I was expecting. They could?ve played much more into the mystery.

But I beyond the general concept of the film, I loved the 80s teen thriller vibe it gave and mess.
